Got a new set of tires at dealership this month. Within a couple days all safety and driving electronics have stopped working with error messages (Blind spot, Hill safety, pedestrian working, park assist, anti-lock braking, skid control, pre-collision assist, cruise control, power steering, and one-pedal driving). Thinking they somehow left sensors exposed to be corroded in winter weather. Have others experienced this? The car was flawless for 34,000 miles up to this point. Taking back to dealer.
