Has anyone seen Ford's recommendations for charging levels for the extended range battery. I've seen that Tesla suggests keeping the charge between 30-80% for daily use and only caring above 80% fro road trips.

I dug into the owner’s manual in the FordPass ap and found similar recommendations. I seem to remember reading a recommendation that charging to 100% once a month is not a bad idea
