This is happening to me as well. My posts and comments all go to a 'pending' state and eventually drop off altogether. This has been happening for a month.

Ford had advertized free home charger with installation with a purchase or lease of new Mach E. It has been 2 months and my Mach E is sitting in my garage. The subcontractor (QMerit) has not installed the charger. Both Ford Motors and Q Merit are giving me the runaround. I even tweeted but did not get any response
